Wando High School will welcome a new class into its Athletic Hall of Fame this fall, honoring decades of Warrior, Patriot, Wolverine, and Yellow Jacket athletic excellence at a special induction ceremony.
The Wando High School Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center on the Wando High School campus. A reception, with pictures to follow, will immediately follow the ceremony.
Honoring a Shared History
The Wando Athletic Hall of Fame was established to preserve, celebrate, and honor the rich heritage, traditions, and achievements of athletics in the Wando community. Alongside recognizing accomplishments at Wando itself, the Hall of Fame also honors the legacy of Moultrie High School, Laing High School, and Lincoln High School — the legacy schools whose athletic traditions and influence helped shape the foundation upon which Wando High School was built.
