THE WANDO GIRLS GOLF TEAM FINISH IN SECOND PLACE DURING QUAD MATCH

Carolina Forest secured a victory over Wando tonight at Wedgefield Plantation Golf Club, carding a team score of 158 to lead the four-team field.

The Wando Girls Golf Team put up a strong fight, finishing in second place with a score of 168, ahead of Berkeley (199) and Socastee (226).

Despite the second-place finish, the Lady Warriors continue to show great consistency. Wando’s team score of 168 beat their current season average of 171.

Wando’s scoring effort was tightly packed and led by Piper Simpson, who carded a team-low 40. She was followed closely by a string of strong performances. Maëlle Dickerson shot a steady 41. Quinn Simpson finished her round at 43. Nora Williamson rounded out the team score with a 44.
