Girls Lacrosse Meeting Information:

Current 7th and 8th grade middle school students in Wando’s attendance zone can participate in the workouts.

Workout Schedule overseen by Coach Renes

Tuesdays: 4-5:30 with Softball (Coach Paciotti)

Wednesday: 4-5:15 (Coach Renes)

Friday: 7-8am (Coach Renes)

No lacrosse equipment at this time.

All paperwork must be uploaded and approved before beginning participation!

Forms and Instructions

Arbiter: Big Teams is no longer our platform for collecting physicals, it has been taken over by Arbiter.

All forms must be uploaded in order for Wando to be able to review them. This includes Birth Certificate.
Do not upload shot records! We do not require them.

Exam Form:

We are only allowed to accept physicals on the SCHSL exam form.

Exams must be dated after April 1 for the current/upcoming school year.

Be sure doctor dates the exam next to the signature. Must be after 4/1/26

Exams must be completed by a medical doctor, nurse practitioner or PA. Chiropractors, nurses or any other medical person cannot sign off on medical exams according to SC Law.
